Saigon Cafe

Right in the area we are working (possibly going to be tore down when the new road comes in) is the Saigon Cafe.
Today Lunch consisted of Pho, Srimp spring rolls and Vermicelli pork and shrimp.

Good food, not the best Pho I've ever had, but quite satisfying. The service was standard, and we had a cockroach join us for a while, Whitney feed him her shrimp tail.
I give it 3 stars.
